These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the chauffeur and black car services provided by Ride Lutii Transportation ("Ride Lutii," "we," or "us"). By submitting a reservation request, requesting a quote, or riding with us, you ("you" or the "passenger") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.

Ride Lutii provides luxury chauffeured transportation across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including airport transfers to DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field, corporate and executive travel, hourly as-directed chauffeur service, weddings and special events, group transportation, and long-distance rides up to 200 miles. All services are performed by licensed, professionally uniformed chauffeurs operating commercially permitted and insured vehicles.

• •Reservations may be made online, by phone, or by SMS to our 24/7 dispatch center.
• •Submitting a request is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only when Ride Lutii acknowledges it in writing or by phone.
• •We recommend booking 12–24 hours in advance to secure your preferred vehicle class, though same-day requests are accommodated when available.
• •You agree to provide accurate pickup and dropoff information, date, time, and contact details.

• •Ride Lutii offers fixed, all-inclusive upfront pricing. Quoted fares include taxes, tolls, and standard fees unless otherwise stated.
• •We do not apply surge pricing during peak hours, weather events, or high-demand periods.
• •Quotes provided by the instant fare estimator are estimates; the final fare is confirmed at booking based on your exact itinerary.
• •Payment is due per the method agreed at booking. Additional charges may apply for excess wait time, extra stops, tolls incurred en route, or changes requested after confirmation.

• •Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
• •Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the confirmed fare.
• •Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup, or no-shows, may be charged the full fare.
• •Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• •Ride Lutii reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, road closures, vehicle issues) and will offer a reasonable alternative or refund.

• •For airport pickups, your chauffeur monitors flight status and includes up to 45 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing.
• •For non-airport pickups, a complimentary 15-minute grace period applies from the scheduled time.
• •Wait time beyond the grace period may incur additional hourly charges at the prevailing rate.
• •If you cannot be located after reasonable attempts and the wait period expires, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged the full fare.

Passengers agree to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Ride Lutii reserves the right to terminate a ride without refund if a passenger engages in behavior that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, or that damages the vehicle. Smoking is not permitted in any Ride Lutii vehicle. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings; Ride Lutii is not liable for items left in the vehicle.

For airport pickups, please provide your airline and flight number at booking so we can track delays and early arrivals automatically. We offer curbside and baggage-claim meet-and-greet service at DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field. Passengers are responsible for retrieving their own luggage unless assistance is requested.

Ride Lutii maintains commercial liability insurance as required by Texas law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ride Lutii shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, acts of third parties, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any single trip is limited to the fare charged for that trip, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Ride Lutii Transportation LLC about quotes, bookings and rides. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
